Hunters Glen Section V Homeowners Association’s annual meeting of the members is tentatively scheduled for March 26, 2024. The purpose of the meeting is to elect homeowners to serve on the Board of Directors and to provide information about your community. An agenda, official meeting notice and proxy will be sent to you under separate cover.
The purpose of this solicitation is to seek nominees to the Board of Directors. If you are interested in having your name placed on the ballot and have not been convicted of a crime of moral turpitude or a felony that is less than twenty (20) years, please fill out and send the attached willingness to serve form to the Association, no later than Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 12:00 PM.

- The Management ID is “3101” and the Association ID is “HG5”
- Credit/Debit card payments carry a transaction fee of a 3%. Paying by eCheck using your bank routing number and account number carries a transaction fee of 0%
The 2024 Annual Assessment is $340.00. The annual assessment is due January 1st and late after January 31st.
